Warehouse Packer (Fashion Accessories, Part Time)

Kaleido is a fashion accessories company that sells a wide range of products through both its retail stores and online shop.

As a Warehouse Packer at Kaleido, you will support the day-to-day warehouse operations by accurately picking, packing, and preparing fashion accessories for delivery to our retail stores and for customer online orders. You will also help ensure products are correctly labelled, stored, and organized, contributing to efficient inventory management and smooth retail and e-commerce operations.

This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while meeting daily operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products for store replenishment orders accurately and within required timelines

• Pack online orders in accordance with packing guidelines and quality standards

• Tag and label products correctly prior to dispatch or storage

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

• Participate in stock take exercises at the warehouse and retail stores as required

• Handle products with care to avoid damage or loss

• Assist with receiving and unpacking incoming stock deliveries

• Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or stock issues to the supervisor

• Support ad-hoc warehouse or logistics duties as assigned

Requirements

• Prior experience in warehouse, retail, or logistics operations preferred but not essential

• Able to commit to 3 working days per week, including weekends where required

• Typical working hours 9.30am to 6.30pm

• Meticulous with good attention to detail, especially when handling jewellery products

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Basic literacy for labelling and stock documentation purposes
