Accounts Executive – Full Set & Inventory

• Position: Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive – Full Set

Location: Defu Lane

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,200 Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits

Duration: Permanent

Industry: Gas Distributor

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain a complete set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger.

• Prepare quarterly GST schedules and support timely GST submissions.

• Maintain complete and organised finance records and supporting documents.

• Perform month-end closing activities and ensure financial reports are completed within the required timelines.

• Perform bank, ledger, inventory and other relevant account reconciliations.

• Coordinate stock-take activities, reconcile inventory records and follow up on identified discrepancies with the relevant departments.

• Perform other related accounting and finance duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, or an equivalent professional qualification.

• At least two years of relevant accounting experience, including hands-on full-set accounting and month-end closing.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting or ERP systems.
