Prepare regular product performance report segregated based on various distribution channels
To facilitate Customers & Staff campaigns together with Product Manger
Track campaign performance and conduct post campaign analysis
Conduct user acceptance test (“UAT”) include develop and execute test cases and ensure UAT results meet the functional specifications
Ability to automate manual reporting via the use of Macro / VBA
Other admin/projects as assigned

Proficient in Excel / Pivots / Lookups
Demonstrated adaptability and organizational skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and effectively manage tight timeline
