Bar Assistant Manager

Job Summary

A night bar is hiring a Bar Assistant Manager to deliver excellent customer service during evening shifts by working closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and positive guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly in English with customers and team members to take orders and deliver efficient service
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow and provide mutual support during busy hours
• Consistently perform assigned tasks throughout shifts to demonstrate diligence and reliability
• Build positive relationships with customers to enhance their experience and encourage repeat visits

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Communicate in Chinese to assist diverse customers and enhance service quality
• Apply public relations skills to engage customers and create a welcoming atmosphere

Other Information

• Working Hours: 4pm to 1 or 2am, 6 days per week
