Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates clinical care for patients under his/her care
Provide safe and competent care to the patients who are with medical conditions
Performs clinic generic nursing duties like administer medication, blood taking and assisting in clinic procedures
Collaborates with the physicians and other allied health professionals, for a smooth delivery of patient care
Engage in nurse counselling, monitoring and patient education on disease management and health promotion
Any other duties as delegated by the department reporting officer

Diploma / Degree in Nursing or equivalent with at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience
Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
