HAIR CONSULTANT

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Hair Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide professional hair and scalp consultations, recommend suitable treatments and products, and help clients achieve their hair care goals while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional consultations to assess clients' hair and scalp conditions.
• Recommend suitable hair treatments, services, and retail products based on clients' needs.
• Educate clients on proper hair care routines and maintenance.
• Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and follow-up care.
• Promote salon packages, memberships, and retail products to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with hairstylists and therapists to ensure clients receive appropriate services.
• Maintain accurate client consultation records and treatment history.
• Stay updated on the latest hair care trends, products, and treatment technologies.
• Ensure a clean, professional, and welcoming consultation environment.
• Comply with all company policies, health, safety, and hygiene standards.

• Previous experience as a Hair Consultant, Hair Advisor, Beauty Consultant, or in the hair and beauty industry is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of hair care products, scalp conditions, and hair treatment solutions.
• Excellent communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to recommend suitable products and services.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
