HAIR THERAPIST

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Hair Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide professional hair and scalp treatments, assess clients' hair and scalp conditions, and deliver personalized treatment solutions to improve overall hair and scalp health while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional hair and scalp treatments according to company standards.
• Assess clients' hair and scalp conditions and recommend suitable treatment programs.
• Prepare treatment equipment and ensure all tools are properly cleaned and sanitized.
• Educate clients on hair and scalp care routines and recommend appropriate home care products.
• Assist Hair Consultants and Hairstylists in delivering customized treatment plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up care.
• Promote hair treatment packages and retail products to support business objectives.
• Maintain accurate client treatment records and appointment details.
• Ensure treatment rooms and workstations are clean, organized, and comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Stay updated on the latest hair care technologies, treatment techniques, and industry trends.

• Previous experience as a Hair Therapist, Beauty Therapist, Scalp Therapist, or in the hair and beauty industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of hair and scalp conditions, treatment procedures, and hair care products.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform treatment services.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
