Summary

• Salary $4500-$4800

• 5 days, 44hrs per week (Includes weekend)

  (Earliest shift start at 11am, Latest shift end at midnight 4am) - Company transportation provided for night shift

• Industry: Rooftop restaurant and bar, at 6th floor 

• Location: Short walking distance from City Hall mrt

• Fulltime role, Yearly Bonus provided

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring smooth service during meal periods.
• Prepare and cook dishes according to company recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Supervise and guide kitchen staff, including training junior cooks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor food stock levels, assist with ordering ingredients, and minimize wastage through proper inventory control.
• Support menu planning, new dish development, and maintain consistency in food quality and customer satisfaction.
