Lead end to end programme management for complex banking transformation and M&A initiatives, ensuring timely delivery across multiple workstreams.
Drive programme governance, regulatory engagement, committee meetings, risk management, and executive reporting.
Coordinate cross functional stakeholders including Business, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Legal to manage dependencies and resolve issues.
Oversee programme RAID management, resource planning, milestones, and delivery against strategic objectives.
Ensure business continuity throughout programme execution by embedding operational controls and managing implementation risks.
Partner with senior leadership and C suite stakeholders to provide strategic updates, recommendations, and decision support.

Min. 8 years of project or programme management experience within the banking industry.
Experienced managing Merger & Acquisition (M&A), legal entity migration, business integration, or post merger integration programmes within a bank.
Strong understanding of banking regulatory, governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
