Manage end to end delivery of assigned workstreams, including project planning, milestone tracking, and execution.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor project progress, and coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders.
Drive change management initiatives by assessing project impacts, managing scope changes, and ensuring governance approvals are completed.
Track interdependencies across workstreams, identify delivery risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure timely project completion.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, governance materials, and updates for senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with Business, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and other key functions to deliver strategic banking transformation projects.

Min. 5 years of project management experience within the banking or financial services industry.
Project management experience in banks, particularly within Middle Office, Change Management, or Workstream Planning projects.
Experience managing project plans, dependencies, governance, RAID logs, and stakeholder communications.
