Support business critical banking projects while ensuring smooth BAU operations and operational continuity.
Coordinate project activities, track milestones, risks, issues and action items across multiple stakeholders.
Prepare management reports, dashboards, KPIs and operational metrics to support project governance.
Investigate operational issues, coordinate resolutions and maintain issue logs with timely follow up.
Partner with business, operations and project teams to improve processes and support change implementation.
Support project documentation, stakeholder communications and business analysis activities where required.

Min. 5 years of project management, business analyst or PMO experience within the banking industry.
Experienced managing banking operations, middle office or business transformation projects.
