Process customer orders and coordinate delivery arrangements from order confirmation through to completion.
Plan and coordinate local deliveries and export shipments with customers, transporters, and freight forwarders.
Monitor shipping schedules, vessel bookings, container movements, and outgoing goods to ensure timely fulfilment.
Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, cargo tally sheets, labels, and operational records.
Coordinate daily tank truck loading schedules, time slot bookings, and blending instruction documentation.
Support the logistics team with operational coordination and other ad hoc duties as assigned.

At least 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, customer service, or supply chain coordination.
Familiarity with shipping documentation, freight forwarding, or export/import operations will be an advantage.
