Job Description & Requirements

-Oversee various types of construction projects from start to completion

-Manage project planning, budgeting, administration and resources identification, deployment and control

-Plan and schedule project timelines and monitor project’s progress to ensure timely completion of work

-Delegate tasks and responsibilities to staff

-Manage the value and cost data of the project to ensure budgets are met

-Conduct regular site meeting and inspections to monitor project progress and quality

-Liaise with consultants, authorities, architects and contractors to ensure all necessary approvals are obtained on time

-Involve in technical discussion, progress meeting with client, consultant and main or sub-contractors

-Ensure compliance to quality and safety standards

-Other duties as assigned by Management

Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in minor sewer /water main works/plumbing

Proficiency in English and/or Mandarin
