Job Summary

Lead and support interior fit-out projects by managing site supervision, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery with high quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead conflict resolution and manage project documentation, planning, and coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress and site activities daily to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Conduct site inspections to verify materials and workmanship meet project specifications
• Assist the project team in supervising general workers and controlling site operations to maintain productivity and quality
• Report weekly job progress to management to support informed decision-making
• Manage project costs conscientiously to enhance profitability without compromising quality
• Attend and actively contribute to all project meetings and discussions to align stakeholders and resolve issues
• Support the Project Director in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet safety and quality requirements
• Apply knowledge of project management procedures and documentation to maintain organized and accurate records

Required competencies and certifications

• Related qualification in Interior Architecture and Decoration with at least 3 years of relevant experience in interior design fit-out work
• Safety Supervisor Certificate or relevant safety certification

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to support project documentation and reporting
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent project and people management skills to lead teams and deliver results
• Effective presentation, management, and leadership skills to engage stakeholders and drive project success
