Full Time Activity Crew (Pororo Park)

Join our team at Pororo Park Singapore and be part of creating memorable experiences for children and families. As an Activity Crew, you will play a key role in delivering excellent guest service, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment, and supporting the daily operations of the park.

Job Description:

• Handle ticketing and admission sales.
• Promote and drive membership sales.
• Attend to guests' enquiries, feedback, and service recovery situations in a professional manner.
• Deliver a positive and memorable customer experience to all guests.
• Create a fun, engaging, and safe play environment for children and families.
• Act as a play guide and engage young children below 7 years old during play activities.
• Host and perform as a mascot, including dancing and interacting with guests during shows and events.
• Promote and sell merchandise products to guests.
• Assist with merchandising displays and ensure products are attractively presented.
• Ensure the retail area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Support promotional campaigns and merchandise-related activities to drive sales.

Requirements

• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable interacting with children and families.
• Energetic and confident in hosting activities and mascot performances.
• Retail or merchandising experience will be an advantage.
• Team player with good communication skills.
