A leading global logistics company is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations within a fast-paced high-tech logistics environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse activities, leading a team of operators, and ensuring smooth execution of daily operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory activities
Allocate manpower and monitor team performance to achieve operational targets and service levels
Train, coach, and motivate team members to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and quality requirements
Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper handling and movement of materials
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency
Prepare operational reports and provide updates on productivity, manpower, and performance

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of warehouse / logistics operations experience
Prior team leadership / supervisory experience preferred
Experience in high-volume warehouse, manufacturing, or supply chain operations will be advantageous
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a 12-hour rotational shift environment
Willing to support Day / Night shifts
