Programme Executive (Continuing Education & Training) | Up to $3,800/month

Location: Nearest MRT, Kent Ridge

Working Hours: Monday - Friday : 8.30am - 6.00pm

Salary: Up to $3.8K/month

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: 12-month contract

The organisation is looking for an Executive/Senior Executive to own and manage Continuing Education and Training (CET) programmes end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently run assigned CET programmes from planning through delivery and close-out
• Coordinate faculty, trainers, vendors, and internal teams
• Manage SSG-funded course submissions, funding applications, claims, and audit compliance
• Maintain audit-ready operations supporting TPQA, SSG, and the organisation's audits
• Handle learner enquiries, stakeholder relationships, and reporting

Key Requirements

• 2–3 years relevant experience in Degree studies, CET, higher education, or professional/healthcare training
• Proven ability to own programmes end-to-end, not just in a support role
• Working knowledge of SSG/SkillsFuture funding frameworks
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable using AI tools (Chat GPT, Claude, etc.)
• Meticulous, independent, and service-oriented
