As a Staff Nurse (Community Day Care), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Assist in day-to-day ward rounds.
  • Assessing patient health problems and needs.
  • Monitoring patients’ vital signs.
  • Implementing nursing care plan.
  • Maintaining and recording patients’ medical records.
  • Provide information to patients and family members to help them understand their treatment.
  • Ensure compliance to nursing procedures and policies.

Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma in Nursing with valid SNB registration
