Multimedia Content Creator (Video & Graphic Design)

Job Responsibilities

1. Edit and produce short-form videos for the college's digital platforms, including adding subtitles, background music, transitions, basic visual effects, and video enhancements.
2. Design promotional graphics, posters, and visual content for the college's social media and marketing channels, including Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat Channels, and the WeChat Official Account, while ensuring consistency with the college's brand identity.
3. Produce creative visual materials to support academic programmes, campus events, student success stories, and student recruitment campaigns.
4. Organise, review, and refine raw footage, and creatively repurpose content to improve storytelling, audience engagement, and overall marketing effectiveness.
5. Collaborate with the Marketing team to deliver promotional materials and campaign assets according to project timelines.
6. Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital and print marketing materials, continuously improving the quality and professionalism of the college's multimedia content.

Requirements

1. Proficient in video editing software such as CapCut (JianYing) and Adobe Premiere Pro.
2. Able to use graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and Gaoding Design (稿定设计) to independently create posters, promotional graphics, and other marketing materials.
3. Possesses a strong aesthetic sense with a good understanding of composition, typography, colour theory, and layout design.
4. Familiar with content formats and trends on social media platforms such as Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat Channels, and Douyin (TikTok China).
5. Has a good understanding of current digital content trends and is able to create engaging short-form video content, particularly within the education sector.
6. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to execute tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
7. Demonstrates strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
8. Prior experience in the education, school, international education, study abroad, or digital media industry will be an advantage.
