As a Building Engineer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee daily building and facilities operations to ensure a safe, smooth, and efficient environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of building premises, common areas, and facilities, coordinating maintenance and rectification works when required.
• Manage and coordinate outsourced vendors covering security, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, and maintenance services.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, M&E servicing, as well as tenant fit-out and reinstatement works.
• Ensure fire safety systems are maintained in good working condition, organise fire drills, and support emergency preparedness initiatives.
• Manage the booking and upkeep of common facilities while ensuring adherence to operational and safety requirements.
• Prepare, track, and manage operational and capital expenditure budgets to support effective cost control.
• Assist with procurement, contract administration, vendor coordination, and facilities-related documentation.
• Liaise with tenants, contractors, and relevant authorities to resolve facilities issues and support improvement projects.
• Maintain positive tenant relationships by addressing feedback promptly and providing after-hours assistance for emergencies when necessary.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma qualification in Building Management & Services or equivalent field.
