Marketing Executive [FMCG]

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and new product launches.
• Coordinate and execute in-store activations, atrium events, roadshows, and retail marketing initiatives.
• Liaise with retailers, suppliers, designers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Monitor and track advertising and promotion (A&P) budgets, promotional expenditures, and campaign performance.
• Prepare brand performance reports, sales analyses, and market insights.
• Ensure timely deployment of point-of-sale materials (POSM), promotional displays, and product sampling activities.
• Contribute creative ideas and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
• Manage project timelines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution across multiple channels.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative, proactive, and hands-on approach to work.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and excellent follow-up capabilities.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Experience in the FMCG or retail industry is an added advantage.
