Office Event & Workplace Ambassador (Perm)

What You'll Do

• Be the go-to person for workplace support and employee engagement.
• Welcome new hires with onboarding, site tours, and workspace orientation.
• Build a vibrant workplace community through events, wellness activities, and employee initiatives.
• Partner with HR, Communications, Catering, and other teams to deliver engaging experiences.
• Gather employee feedback, track workspace insights, and recommend improvements.
• Manage workplace communications, digital signage, newsletters, and event promotions.
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-organized workplace.
• Use technology and data to continuously improve the employee experience

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years' experience in customer service, hospitality, events, workplace experience, or a related field.
• A warm, positive, and proactive personality with relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Working knowledge in using Microsoft Office and workplace technology.
• Experience in co-working, corporate real estate, or startup environments is a plus.
