As a Centre Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Evaluate new clients' needs and oversee their care plans.
Coordinate multidisciplinary meetings to discuss client progress.
Ensure smooth daily routines, including meals, activities, and client care.
Supervise and train care staff to provide quality care to clients, especially those with dementia.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and implement programs.
Oversee staff orientation, training, and performance.
Ensure staff are competent in providing care to clients.
Manage daily operations and ensure the center is safe and efficient.
Handle incidents involving staff, clients, or volunteers.
Coordinate billing and financial matters.
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

Candidate must possess min. a Diploma in Social Work, Nursing or Healthcare related
