Marketing Executive | 1-Year Contract | Up to $4,200/month

Location: Nearest MRT, Kent Ridge

Working Hours: Monday - Friday : 8.30am - 6.00pm

Salary: Up to $4.2K/month

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: 12-month contract (there's a possibility of extension)

Join the organisation as a Marketing Executive to drive marketing for our education programmes, admissions outreach, and student activities. This is an entry-level to junior role with some experience who is comfortable with AI tools, WordPress, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute student events such as orientation, networking, information sessions
• Manage website content using WordPress and improve visibility with AI-powered SEO tools (Google Analytics 4)
• Create online and print marketing materials using GenAI tools
• Produce AI-generated videos for education and marketing purposes
• Manage social media posts, email communications, and marketing collaterals
• Coordinate with students, faculty, and vendors to ensure smooth event delivery

Key Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Events Management, or related field
• Experience in an Institute of Higher Learning (IHL)
• Open and experienced in using GenAI for videos, video edits, and social media postings
• Working knowledge of WordPress for website content updates
• Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, and social media tools
• Good written communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
