Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation)

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our ACMV/HVAC team. The successful candidate will:

Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates for air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation projects.
Manage procurement of equipment, ducting, piping, and related materials.
Administer contracts, including variation orders, progress claims, and final accounts.
Conduct site inspections to verify work progress and compliance with BCA/MOM standards.
Coordinate with consultants, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
Ensure regulatory compliance with Singapore building codes and safety requirements.

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or Quantity Surveying.
Minimum 2–3 years of ACMV/HVAC project experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Able to speak Mandarin fluently。

Salary Range: SGD 3,200 – 4,500 per month (commensurate with experience).
