• Designand implement a centralised scheduling and manpower deployment systemconsolidating job assignments, staff availability, attendance, and siterequirements into a single dashboard, reducing manual roster planning time andscheduling conflicts.

• Manageon-premise and cloud server infrastructure (e.g. Microsoft 365 / GoogleWorkspace, cloud file storage, backup and disaster recovery systems) supportinghead office and satellite site operations.

• Leadend-to-end rollout of job-dispatch mobile applications, including requirementsgathering, vendor/platform selection, configuration, user training, and changemanagement for ground staff with varying digital literacy.

• Developa 2–3 year IT/digitalisation roadmap aligned with business growth plans,identifying priority areas (operations, HR, finance, client engagement) fordigital transformation.

• Providefirst- and second-level IT support to office staff and ground supervisors,covering hardware, software, network, and mobile device issues.
