Working Hours: Office Hours

Lead laboratory operations and supervise Lab Analysts and Technicians
Review analytical results, investigate quality issues, and implement corrective actions
Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, cGMP, GDP, and quality standards
Manage laboratory procedures, equipment, inventory, and continuous improvement initiatives
Support LIMS administration, laboratory projects, and staff training
Coordinate laboratory resources and drive operational excellence

Degree in Science or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of Quality Control Laboratory experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, food, chemical, or process industry
Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
Experience with LIMS is an advantage
Willing to travel when required - nearby countries
