Job Scope
- Assist the Constituency Director in supporting the CO’s annual communications plan, in line with communications objectives and direction.
- Curate and maintain an archive of community stories and photographs that showcase the work of the CO.
- Support the CO’s social media presence by helping to manage digital assets such as social media and websites.
- Assist in preparing a monthly content calendar and developing content such as social media posts, videos, and infographics.
- Monitor online conversations and support responses where appropriate.
- Work with volunteers to develop, adapt, and disseminate communications materials.
- Monitor media reports and online conversations for issues and opportunities related to CO's mission and programmes, and prepare relevant reports.
- Support colleagues in the preparation of marketing communication materials such as banners, posters, and digital display panels, ensuring brand alignment and appropriate content and translation.
- Help understand the demographic profile of specific groups in the local community.
- Support the development of programmes to engage these groups and keep in touch with their sentiments and concerns.
- Assist in facilitating interest groups and local communication channels/networks that help build and sustain relationships and strengthen community connectedness.
- Work with different partners, such as educational institutions, to identify and support local demographic-based networks in the community.
- Support the communication of government policies, gather feedback, and channel feedback to the appropriate government agencies.
- Assist in formulating, implementing, and reviewing plans for the development of GROs and the community.
- Support the recruitment, appointment, and reappointment of volunteers and members of the GROs to help ensure sufficient residential representation.
- Assist with proper accounting, procurement, fund utilisation, and cash management for the GROs in compliance with financial rules.
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm. 4 weekdays and 1 weekend
Location: Buangkok CC
Duration: Imm to Oct 2026
Salary: Hourly Rated ($18-20/H)

- Knowledge in digital editing tools
- Prior experience in Marketing roles
