We are actively hiring for a client in a Senior Care Centre setting in Singapore and we wish to invite interested therapist to apply the role.

Assess patients' functional independence and develop tailored ADL treatment plans
ADL training and treatment implementations to promote functional independence
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
Maintain accurate records of patient assessments and treatment plans.
Contribute to multi-disciplinary meetings as needed

3 - 5 full days per week, 8 hours
Projected Commencement: from August - September 2026 onwards

Bachelor or Masters in Occupational Therapy
Must be a Fully Registered AHPC ( Singapore )
