Surgical Product Specialist

Our client is from Med Tech industry, a start up company . They are looking for a Surgical Product Specialist for the next phase of their business. They are located in West.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product presentations and in-service training for surgeons, nurses, and clinical procurement teams for direct accounts
• Conduct product presentations and training for existing and new channel partners
• Develop and manage relevant materials for product presentation and training
• Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers at government and restructured hospitals, private hospitals, and specialist ENT and surgical clinics
• Responsible for product lifecycle management
• Support sales on prospecting, clinical demonstration, tender submission associated with products
• Support sales team on product launches
• Monitor account health, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure high post-sale satisfaction
• Identify and evaluate untapped market segments and emerging customer groups within the healthcare landscape
• Prospect and qualify new accounts and opportunities

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in product management and training within the medical device or relevant healthcare industry, experience in surgical, ENT or audiology will be a plus.

Required Skills

• Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage both clinical and administrative stakeholders
• Proven training skills or training certifications
• Experience in managing surgical product portfolios
• Demonstrated ability to open new markets or accounts
• Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
• Willingness to travel regionally as required
