*Job Description*

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to provide holistic nursing care and ensure the delivery of quality healthcare services in a hospital or clinical setting.

*Responsibilities*

  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes promptly
  • Assist doctors during examinations and clinical procedures
  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and post-discharge care
  • Maintain accurate nursing documentation and ensure patient safety

*Requirements*

  • Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
  • Valid Practising Certificate
  • Relevant nursing experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
