Account and Admin Executive

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join JES ONE (M&E) PTE LTD as an Account and Admin Executive. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounting , administrative and some HR functions from our office in the Sembawang North Region. This is a critical role that will support the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and monthly reporting
• Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions in a timely manner
• Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and responding to customer/vendor inquiries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective business operations
• Comply with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies
• ad-hoc tasks

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounts or administration role, preferably in the Accounting industry
• Strong proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and other office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations
• Proactive reporting
