Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets and Bank Reconciliation
Supervise month-end and year-end closing activities
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST regulations and statutory requirements
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and government authorities
Monitor cash flow and financial performance
Review and improve accounting processes and internal controls
Lead, coach and develop the finance team
Support management with financial analysis and business planning
Participate in ERP implementation, process improvements and finance projects
Perform any other finance-related duties assigned by management
