Test Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and enforce QA best practices across applications, APIs, and backend systems.
• Develop and execute test plans covering functional, performance, and security testing.
• Implement automation frameworks and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines for efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and security teams to ensure quality compliance.
• Mentor QA team members and promote continuous improvement in testing processes.

Skills/Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of software testing experience, including leadership in QA initiatives.
• Skilled in manual, automated, and API testing using tools like Selenium or Postman.
• Experience with performance, load, and security testing following OWASP or CSA standards.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills in agile, DevOps-driven environments.
