Product Manager

The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the product roadmap, managing stakeholder requirements, and overseeing the delivery of features and enhancements for client’s platform. The candidate will work closely with business owners, developers, and operations teams to ensure that the products meet user needs and organisational objectives.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with the following:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in government or social service technology systems
• Strong understanding of case management, referral, and coordination workflows
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, UX designers, and business stakeholders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories
• Project management experience and using agile methodologies in managing IT projects
• Value add if experience in Cloud/ Azure tech stack
