Assistant Production Engineer

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor specialized equipment to manufacture silver paste, ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent production.
• Perform routine quality inspections, analyze production data, and implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain product quality.
• Set up, adjust, troubleshoot, and coordinate maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Support manufacturing improvements, new product introduction (NPI), production line transfers, and provide technical support to R&D and global customers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ISO quality systems, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Must Have

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis abilities.
• Customer-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills.

Advantage

• Previous manufacturing or production experience in the chemical or related industry.
