Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing).
Analyze research findings and present actionable insights.
Facilitate workshops and apply design thinking to solve user problems.
Create customer journey maps, service blueprints, and process flows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design seamless, accessible user experiences.
Define and track product/service performance metrics.
Stay updated on UX research, service design methodologies, and industry trends.

Experience as a UX Researcher and/or Service Designer.
Strong knowledge of UX research, service design, and user-centred design principles.
Hands-on experience with Figma (components, design systems, auto-layout, prototyping).
Strong UI/UX design skills, including wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, visual and interaction design.
Experience creating journey maps, service blueprints, and research deliverables.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite; illustration skills (Adobe Illustrator/Procreate) are an advantage.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Qualification in UX Design, Service Design, HCI, or a related field is preferred.
