Commercial Manager (Marine & Petrochemical Projects)

Salary

SGD 7,000 – SGD 10,000 per month (depending on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to overseecommercial operations, contract administration, project costing, tendermanagement, and business development activities in the marine, offshore, andpetrochemical sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and contractual matters for marine and petrochemical projects.
• Review and negotiate client contracts, subcontracts, and service agreements.
• Prepare quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals.
• Monitor project budgets, revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Liaise with clients, shipyards, contractors, and project teams.
• Support management in strategic planning and business development.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
• Identify business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or related discipline.
• MBA (Master of Business Administration) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial, contract, or project management roles.
• Prior Singapore experience in Marine, Offshore, Oil & Gas, Shipyard, or Petrochemical industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration and tender management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
