Job Title

Instrument Engineer

Salary

SGD 7000 – SGD 10,000 per month

The Instrument Engineer will be responsible for design,installation, calibration, testing, commissioning, and maintenance ofinstrumentation and control systems used in marine, offshore, and petrochemicalprojects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and review instrumentation systems and control loops.
  • Prepare technical specifications, datasheets, and engineering documents.
  • Conduct calibration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Support project execution from design to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements.
  • Liaise with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Participate in FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience.
  • Experience in marine, offshore, oil & gas, petrochemical, or shipyard industries preferred.
  • Knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA, and industrial automation systems.
  • Familiarity with instrumentation standards and engineering practices.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
