HR Executive (1 Year Contract / Up to $3,550 / Central)

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for daily HR activities.
• Support the administration of performance appraisal, organisation structure, headcount, leave, benefits, and HR event processes.
• Process HR-related payments through the accounting system.
• Assist in HR data preparation, cleansing, validation, and migration for system implementation.
• Support system verification, testing activities, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Maintain project documentation, test scripts, issue logs, user guides, and related records.
• Provide first-level support during system go-live and hypercare phases.
• Assist in user training and communication activities related to the HR system.
• Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and testing sessions.
• Monitor project action items and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Ensure accurate documentation and filing of project-related materials.
• Support ad hoc HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Candidates with no relevant experience are welcomed to apply, 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or HR operations will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of AI tools and Power Automate is an added advantage.
