Process sales orders and generate invoices accurately and promptly
Handle purchase order processing and ensure correct documentation
Prepare shipping documents including Commercial Invoice and Packing List
Coordinate with customers to provide updates on order status and shipping arrangements
Liaise with suppliers on order fulfillment and shipment schedules
Work closely with warehouse teams to arrange daily delivery operations
Support additional logistics assignments as required
