Accountant (FP&A) (Up to $5.5k + AWS + PB)

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely financial records in accordance with accounting standards and organisational policies.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and supporting schedules.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
• Conduct costing, profitability analysis, and other financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements, audit schedules, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, corporate policies, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial information and analysis that supports business operations.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and support finance system implementation or enhancement projects.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and financial analyses for management and internal or external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or professional accounting qualification recognised by ISCA.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, depending on the level of appointment.
• Experience in a reputable public accounting firm is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience with SAP or other accounting systems is an added advantage.
