Architectural Coordinator (Construction)

Responsibilities

• Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
• Coordinate with Consultants, Project Manager, C&S Engineer, M&E Engineer and subcontractors to resolve construction issues to ensure timelt and smooth progress of works
• Ensure quality of works and detailing are achieved and complied with safety regulation
• Review drawings, specifications and method statements for compliance with codes and project requirements
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
• Assist in project handover, defect rectifications, and TOP preparation
• Attend site and coordination meetings with stakeholders
• Prepare and submit reports for regulatory approvals
• Any duties that may be assigned by superior or management

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Architecture, preferably recognized by the BOA
• Minimum 3 years experience in architectural finishing work in local construction industry involved in HDB/LTA/MOE projects
• Experience in RI and TOP inspection procedure and documentation
• Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations and familiar with local standard quality implementation
• Candidates certified and registered in CONQUAS, and knowledge in Greenmark documentation will have an added advantage
• Good leadership and communication skills, excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

Remuneration shall commensurate with working experience and qualifications.
