What you will be doing; manage and attend to inbound customers at your outlet

Assess applicants’ financial situations to determine loan eligibility
Communicate with applicants to understand their needs and recommend suitable loan products
Review loan applications to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
Build customer relationships and provide support throughout the loan process

Positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
