ENGINEER

Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on site matters.

Plan and schedule construction activities to meet project timelines.

Ensure work is completed in accordance with quality standards, contract requirements, and company procedures.

Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.

Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly work progress reports.

Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure smooth site operations.

Conduct site inspections and identify technical or construction issues.

Resolve site problems and provide technical guidance to supervisors and workers.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, risk assessments, and safe work procedures.

Conduct toolbox meetings and promote a safe working environment.
