Marketing Executive (B2B / Lead Generation)

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Strategic Marketing Activities: Apply the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action) methodology to plan initiatives based on impact, ensure smooth implementation, objectively analyze numeric results, and continuously extract insights for improvement.

• Market Research & Expansion: Selectively investigate and identify potential in new and existing industries that align with future sales strategies (e.g., Research Institutions, Robotics, Biomedical, Electric Vehicles).

• CRM & Database Management: Maintain the integrity of the in-house CRM database and explore innovative methods to grow the customer base.

• Customer Support & Engagement: Extract customer needs through direct communication (phone, email, and client visits) and provide tailored solutions based on limited information.

• Sales Enablement & Support: Generate reports, conduct data analysis to uncover hidden sales potential, and assist the sales team with administrative tasks to guide sales direction.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience: 3 to 6 years of professional marketing experience, with a strong preference for B2B environments.

• Technical Skills: Highly proficient in MS Excel. Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Power Automate is a strong advantage.

• Track Record: Proven experience in lead generation, campaign execution, and driving integrated marketing initiatives.

• Communication: Strong command of English; highly comfortable engaging with prospects and customers directly via phone, email, and face-to-face.

• Leadership Potential: Demonstrated ability to set direction, guide sales priorities, and drive execution.
