Children's Cancer Foundation (CCF) is a social serviceagency with a mission to improve the quality of life of children with cancerand their families and children impacted by cancer through enhancing theiremotional, social and medical well-being.
Founded in 1992, CCF provides children with cancer and their families themuch needed support in their battle against the life threatening illness. Overthe years, CCF has helped more than 4,200 children and their families atdifferent stages of the illness.
We are looking for a passionate and driven Executive/Senior Executive tojoin our Community Partnerships & Communications Department.
EXECUTIVE/SENIOREXECUTIVE, FUNDRAISING & VOLUNTEER MANGEMENT
Responsibilities
· Plan, execute and promote fundraisingcampaigns, CCF signature events and initiatives to meet achieve fundraisingtargets and organisational objectives. This includes vendor sourcing,procurement, budgeting, logistics and on-site operations.
· Identify, cultivate, and engagepotential donors, sponsors, and supporters through diverse fundraising channelsand outreach strategies.
· Develop compelling fundraisingcollateral, including proposals, sponsorship packages, donation appeals, impactreports, and marketing materials.
· Support fundraising activities and buildstrong relationships with individuals, corporate partners, schools, communitygroups, and existing donors to strengthen engagement and long-term support.
· Ensure all fundraising activitiescomply with relevant Singapore regulatory requirements, organisationalpolicies, and governance standards.
· Provide administrative andoperational support, including donor database management, budget tracking,procurement, reporting, and documentation.
· Manage donor enquiries, donationprocessing, acknowledgements, and stewardship activities to deliver a positivedonor experience.
· Undertake any other duties andresponsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
· Bachelor’sdegree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a relateddiscipline.
· At least 2–3 years of relevantexperience in fundraising, partnerships, event management, marketing, orcommunications. Experience in the social service or non-profit sector will beadvantageous.
· Interpersonal and stakeholdermanagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain effectiverelationships with diverse stakeholders.
· Resourceful and results-oriented,with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-pacedenvironment.
· Proficient in Microsoft Officeapplications.
· Goodcommand of written and spoken English.
