Policy Executive (Healthcare Planning)

Central Singapore | 12-Month Contract | Salary: Up to $4,000/month

Join a dynamic healthcare policy team and play a key role in shaping Singapore's primary care landscape. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about healthcare planning, policy development, and improving healthcare services through data-driven insights.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the planning and transformation of Singapore's primary care services, including Healthier SG initiatives and other clinical programmes.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and trend analysis to support healthcare policy development.
• Assist in developing and implementing healthcare policies and operational workstreams.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders, gather feedback, and support policy refinement.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare presentation materials, take meeting minutes, and provide secretariat support.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive healthcare transformation initiatives.
• Perform other administrative and project-related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Health, Biomedical Sciences, Public Health, Public Administration, Communications, or related disciplines.
• Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience will have an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with an interest in healthcare policy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
