About the Role

As a Data & Marketing Senior Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting business growth through data-driven decision-making. You will analyse sales performance, identify market opportunities, develop insightful reports and dashboards, and collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to execute targeted campaigns that generate measurable business results.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with commercial strategy and is passionate about using data to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

• Analyse sales performance, customer behaviour, and market trends to generate actionable business insights.

• Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Build and manage datasets that support business planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.

• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to optimise sales performance and operational efficiency.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across CRM and business systems.

Marketing & Lead Generation

• Plan and execute integrated B2B marketing initiatives to generate quality leads and support business growth.

• Research emerging industries and identify new market opportunities for business expansion.

• Develop targeted marketing strategies based on sales analysis and market intelligence.

• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and continuously optimise marketing performance using data-driven insights.

Sales Enablement

• Partner closely with the sales team to provide business insights that improve sales effectiveness.

• Recommend strategies to maximise market penetration and customer acquisition.

• Support sales planning through detailed reporting, analysis, and performance tracking.

• Assist in identifying untapped business opportunities through customer and market data.

CRM & Process Improvement

• Maintain and continuously improve the company's CRM database to ensure high-quality customer information.

• Streamline reporting processes through automation and process enhancements.

• Recommend improvements to internal workflows that enhance productivity and business efficiency.
