Location: City Hall/ Clarke Quay

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, Office Hour

Work Type: 3+9 Month Contract

Salary: Up to $ 4,960 per month

What you will be working on?

Research and Data Management

• Assist with data collation, analysis and compilation of Cultural Statistics and related research workstreams
• Assist with building of data warehouse/research for quarterly data insights newsletter
• Support cross-agency data pipeline efforts, including data cleaning and maintenance, project management and meeting coordination
• Apply and customise AI tools to support work processes and project deliverables

Stakeholder Management

• Assist with meetings and discussions with internal and external stakeholders, including documentation of meeting minutes/notes
• Support planning and logistics for workshops, meetings, events and engagements
• Maintain stakeholder lists and contact databases
• Any other duties as may be agreed and assigned

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum Degree in Social Science related discipline.
• Good eye for details, numerical accuracy and data management
• Experience with experimenting with AI tools
